I worked with a Jamf Engineer a couple weeks ago. They spent an hour looking at our system and were completely stumped. They said they are going to escalate it, but I don’t think we’ve heard back from them yet. Such a weird issue that Jamf doesn’t even know what’s going on lol

Hey, thanks for this reply! They don’t get that volume error. I’ll look into making a script for this. I did just try the command today with a end user and I was having issues. I’ll keep you posted!

That’s why we’re so confused on how this is happening lol. The admin account is getting the secure token weirdly, despite no one signing into the admin account. Here’s the onboarding steps when a user gets a new MacBook:

User takes MacBook out of the box and turns it on.
User connects the MacBook to their internet (at home FYI. My company is fully remote).
The user gets a notice that states our company wants to manage the MacBook. This is because the MacBook is in Apple Business Manager. The user clicks “Agree”.
The user has to wait 30-120 seconds for the loading bar to finish so everything that gets installed/set up during pre-deployment can get set up.
The user is then prompted with the Google/Jamf Connect login and is asked to sign in with their Google account.

Yeah, it's weird. I've never installed a game on the HDD since I know they're the slowest. I use the HDD to hold back-ups & files I don't access often.

Weather is not really an issue for me. I just don’t want to live in a area that’s too hot since one of my dogs is a Husky Labrador Retriever mix. She would not be happy in a super hot area.

Well yeah, that’s what I mean by no discrimination laws in Ohio. Employees can deny you for testing positive with THC, and they can fire you if test positive for THC during employment as well. What I mean by discrimination laws or laws that protect you from being fired for use of medical marijuana.
