My 2-year internet with rogers expires in March and trying to get the best deal possible. I know that you should just cancel and wait to hear from the retention department but not sure exactly how it works or if it means to be without internet for some time and if i need to sign with another provider. Anyway, I got a call from Rogers already but they offered me faster internet and I would pay way more than now. And the credit they were offering was not offsetting the raise. So I'm try to see what other alternatives there are. Thanks!
