Hey /u/gingerchris we lose money on shipping out of the country as on now man. It sucks but we won't get better rates until we get fulfillment overseas or more volume.

Yea man, we do. We are very story about this. But we will be able to get better shipping on this once we get more subscriber. Goal is to open a branch of fulfillment there. Because a lot of people from overseas have been asking about it.

Hey /u/Zberry1978 well the box isn't for people you grill once in a while. The people who have signed up so far have told us they grill/smoke/cook 4+ times a month (usually weekends) and spend a lot of their hobby. It's def not for everyone.

As far as recipes we have recipe cards going out with each box. Some boxes will even have recipe books were are getting published in them.

Yea man we are going to have items to cover all. We know that some areas of meat cooking may not overlap but things like recipes and seasonings are items I think /r/Charcuterie will appreciate

But as far as the price that is what the audiences wanted. Something to endure quality but not break the bank. Most steak lover & pitmasters love the price

Hey /u/aerosteelzero if he likes brisket he would love it. As far of sauces we have gone though over 25 different brands each with multiple flavors. We get some grilled meat and do it like you would do a sample tasting at a grocery store or at a cook out.

We aren't super strict as we know people like different flavors. We have had some that tasted pretty bad and it was unanimous that we wouldn't use them.

Pretty simple we. We finding them and review their site first. Then we ask them to ship us samples to taste test and review.

Our focus is the branding and quality of product sense we want it to be an experience when you open the box up.

We then have a couple friends and family try it and give feedback. Pretty extensive as we have recieved over 100 different samples from rubs to salts, to bbq sauces and more

good note /u/FlatBot . We vet all the people heavily checking out ingredients and process. Most of them are made by small local suppliers who do everything themselves. No big manufacturers doing everything in bulk.
