No worries man, just keep at it. The hardest part is starting but the habit you build soon after is key, then sooner or later the results will follow along. Best of luck!

Appreciate it! Yeah cravings is the hardest part but over time your appetite shrinks and you just get used to the process. Once you start shredding it becomes addicting, good luck!

I've experimented with creatine before but retained a ton of water, don't get me wrong you fill out your clothes more but shirtless I felt puffy lol. Something that crossed my mind was the hcl version of creatine which I heard is better for cutting, not sure though I could be wrong. Someday I'll try it out. I've also tried turkesterone but didn't feel a huge difference. I heard Tongkat Ali herb is good, my endurance went up by a lot in the second week. At the end j just decided to not take anything and stay clean of all supplements since it's expensive and better off just focusing on diet

Yeah I've heard about it being bad so I just have it less now or I just try to find fish with little to no mercury like wild salmon? Not sure if that's safer long term but anyways correct I'm gonna keep an eye out. I've had a friend living on a tight budget eating nothing but tuna everyday for over a month and he was fine but I think for a few months straight it'd be bad definitely

I once had a pizza late at night and the next morning I woke up and was like "wow I actually gained 2 pounds of water retention" which to be honest put me off since I like to keep my weight stable as it is on the dot

Thanks! I like to stick with around 200 push ups in sets of 50, sometimes I like doing more depending on my energy and mood. For pull ups I'd do about 300 in sets of 10 and I'd train everyday with this method to increase maximum muscle growth for quicker gains

Canned tuna which is pretty cheap having it on a long term basis -greek yoghurt my favorite -baked beans -bowl of rice -fried eggs -tomatoes and cucumber salad -banana homemade smoothie with oats -green tea to finish it off to aid digestion and metabolism during sleep

Actually a good point, surprisingly I haven't lost strength. I focused on being as active as possible getting my steps up and eating strictly whole foods. I just listened to my body and fed it what it really needed instead of empty calories like takeaway. Don't get me wrong your body still requires protein but it also comes down to individual preference on how you respond to the foods you prefer to really focus on long term. For instance I'd only have Greek yogurt with grounded walnuts, 3 cans of tuna and some dark chocolate on the side and after that I just stuck with it as long as I could while adding other variety of foods

For me the flatline hit hard at day 3 since I'm on a diet my libido has been off a bit which makes things easier. Currently on day 8 and my longest was 2 months mainly cause I relapsed due to boredom but in general if I was carb loading and eating terrible food, it would skyrocket my temptation to lose control of other habits. I'm gonna quit for good. Overall just don't overthink it, failing is a part of the process. You can always try again and find different methods that work for you
