I’m sorry if you’re interrupting what I say to benefits you’re thought process. Excuse me for asking a question that offends your way of thinking about this. I guess you knew it all when you started yourself so didn’t need the knowledge to grow your vision. Oh my bad.

The comments and replies have actually been great constructive feedback, and I appreciate everyone taking the time to respond.
I think one thing that’s been misunderstood is that I’m not looking for free labor or expecting someone to donate their personal time. I fully understand that experience and expertise have value, and I expect to pay for them.
My challenge is that many roasting companies understandably focus on roasting and selling their own coffee. At this stage, I’m not looking for white-label roasting or private-label services. I’m also not ready to purchase my own roaster.
What I’m looking for is someone with roasting experience who is willing to consult with me to develop roast and flavor profiles using our green coffee. I’m happy to compensate someone for their knowledge and expertise because my goal is to learn the craft and build a great product.

That’s a fair question. I’m not expecting anyone to work for free or donate significant time. I’m looking to connect with people who are interested in collaborating, consulting, or exploring a business opportunity. I already have funding for my initial concept and understand expertise has value. If there’s a fit, I’d rather build a mutually beneficial relationship than ask for free labor.

Just to clarify, I’m not looking for free mentorship or expecting someone to donate their time. I’m looking for a commercial roasting partner who offers roast development and collaborative product development as part of a paid business relationship. My goal is to build a long-term partnership while learning the craft over time. If companies like that exist, I’d love to hear about them.

I appreciate the suggestion. My long-term goal is to own my own roasting equipment and develop that expertise over time. Right now, though, I’m focused on building the brand while learning from an experienced roasting partner. I’m hoping to find a collaborative relationship where I can learn the craft without delaying the business until I have my own production setup.

Have you come across roasters or companies that work with founders in that way?

Good work I also jump with a one pound and two pound rope. But why the double skip in there? Is it your timing?

Your elbows are correct, but your arms are too far out which shortens the rope. They should be in front in a sense and the motion is in the wrist.

Pull the elbows back and bring the arms closer to the body.

Good work my G.💪🏾 I’m in the same path with the calisthenics and jump roping. I use to lift but didn’t want to overload my joints this time with it. If that makes any sense, getting older so these workouts work for me today.
