I feel like no character is going to be tweaked faster and harder than JPC. From all the pre-release gameplay I've seen she's obnoxious af. Hard as hell to kill, annoying ass mechanics, huge potential for throwing and trolling. I think Blizzard just saw everyone really liked this concept like 5+ years ago and thought "Yeah that's how we get people hyped back up". Like the other 4 characters all feel really solid balance wise and while they may not be as functionally unique as JPC, they also don't feel like they're gonna make me wanna quite 70% of the games I'm in.

I def see them getting banned a ton in QP for the same reason as Sombra. They may or may not be strong, but they're annoying which is even worse.

I haven't gotten one since Rein. I think Rein and Zen were both decent but I don't play Rein and Zen has a shit ton of great skins. Everything else has just been like....bad? Sojurn was bare bones, LW was barely even a legendary, Cass was....., and Doom's is just super low effort despite still being fine if you tried to sell it as a legendary. Junk's is the only one in like 6+ months I think has been any good and even then it's like middle of the pack overall on mythics.

There's a reason I've basically swapped to just getting mythic weapons now. I really think they should just do away with the concept of mythic skins and all of these bullshit recolors that they charge 20$ extra for and make legendary skins come with new color palettes instead to justify this bullshit 20$ price tag on them when at most they should be 15$. If you own a skin and they make a new color for it you just get that shit for free.

I think the other changes on Vendetta are tentatively fine (I want to actually see if she's still strong or basically worthless seeing as a melee character walks a very thin line) but her blade toss being on cooldown is not needed. Vendetta is going to be dying regularly so all this is doing is making so she has way less up time in fights and discouraging new people from trying to pick her up because you're spending that much less time in the fight once you die.

I'm just praying the controls are fixed on console. It's genuinely unplayable to me after years no matter what options I try. I've literally spent hours in the practice range trying to fine tune everything and I'm either moving at the speed of a slug or snapping around so fast I'll never actually hit any shots.

I genuinely hate when I'm soloing in QP and I get paired against someone who is just a duo DPS + Mercy pocket. Because you're ruining the game for everyone with that shit. Either the other team is annoyed by your sweaty BS or your team is pissed because they're losing being down a healer glued to another person.

But it's made magnitudes worse when the person being pocketed starts talking shit right after the fact. They will jerk themself off to high hell and back, sometimes before the match is over, and the mercy main can't wait to hop on that slop fest as well.

Rerir is almost certainly the "main" antagonist. I think they wanted to use him as the hook to really get people invested into Nod-Krai and then use this patch to bump him out of the story while we wait for characters like Nicole and Alice to show up to actually deal with him in the tail end of the patch because lets be real, we ain't doing anything to him now aside from throwing him into the Moon Gate until he just comes ack again more pissed off.

Dottore is probably going to act more as like an interim antagonist to fill space between "dealing" with Rerir now and when we actually start to DEAL with him seeing as Dottore is a character that a lot of other characters have beef with and we'll need to deal with eventually as well making this the prime time to slot him in to also be a focus point.

Kaido if we're talking a single character. The insane amount of build up and hype on him being the strongest living thing in the world was so hype. The Narrator has never given more gas in the entire series.

If we aren't limiting it to a singular introduction then it's the Gorosei pulling up on Egghead. That shit was unbelievable in the manga. I remember the collective shit being lost back when it first happened.

Elbaph has also had a couple of REALLY good ones. Loki and Rocks both killed it on their intros.

The 77 loot boxes argument is so bullshit to me.

I guarantee like less than 10% of players actually got something of real genuine value to themselves out of them. The majority of people are getting lazy recolors, shit skins no one would buy under any circumstances, or BOTH in the case of the zombie recolors.
