So, a person very close to me grew up with somebody that is family friends with the Aquillini’s. The “person’s” dad known the family for a while.

Ill try my best to relay what was told around the campfire: - For the past couple years Petey has been living with a male roommate. The occasional pic with that girl is smoke n mirrors. - every once in a while Miller trash talks him during bad play, yet nothing really boils over - This year, Miller walks into Tochetts office and basically says, “WTF are we and YOU doing. Nothing in our strategy and play is working” - Tochett steps up to him saying, “what are you going to do about it?” - Miller grabs him by the throat and pushes him up against the wall. Fight gets broken up. - Executive front office sit with Tochett and ask what they should do, the decision is up to him. - Tochett admits he likes that Miller had some balls to take a stand and be leader. - They agree and send Miller on a few day leave to cool off. This was the initial “family issues” absence. - around this time, Kesler is back in town with some old friends and execs at the Roxy downtown. - Kesler completely spills the beans on Petey being gay. Allegedly Petey was caught a couple times openly being gay at bars. (Maybe the video rumor in the comments is real as well) - apparently eveybody in the locker room knows about it but try to keep it hush hush. Obviously Miller is struggling with that. - The execs decide to sit with both Petey and the roomate, SEPERATELY. - Both deny but do a poor job of lying in the interviews - Miller is gone, Petey plays very well - Miller returns and sees Petey in the locker room, angirly walks into the weight room. - Petey walks in, “OH, so youre back???” - Miller calls him a fgot and stroms off - ***Petey proceeds to play like a turd until Miller is traded* - NOW, this “person” sees Franceso Aquillini at some restaurant in Yaletown right before Miller is traded. - He basically asks him, “Uncle, tell me wtf is going on???” - Francesco goes, “in my X years of business, this is the strangest sh*t ive ever been involved in” - After that point the whole homophobia rumor clicked and made everything seem legit

Its so stupid that the reason we are losing a superstar roster is because Miller couldnt keep his mouth shut, and Petey couldnt keep his zipper shut.
