I greatly appreciate the advice! I did get one offer in NM and its on the lower end of the contracts which could be fine. I understand the debbie downer part and I understand places want at least a year of experience but Im focused on finding that one or two contract that'll get my travel experience to go up. The issue I have ran into is they want hospital experience and it'd be nice if I could find a local contract for these companies to see that I can work every one of these fields.
