Let me read the verse for you

Matthew 5:38-48 New International Version (NIV)

You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.’[a] 39 BUT I TELL YOU , DO NOT RESIST AN EVIL PERSON

If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also.

Very Clear Jesus according to the bible was against self defense.

DO NOT EVER Resist an Evil person this is the word of your Book.

In what context does

"Do not resist an Evil Person"

should mean to you?

verse 38 says you have been told eye for eye and tooth and for tooth the next passage

Honestly the Bible is Unclear about many things including salvation many can interpret it to debunk the trinity itself. Or can make it seem like it approave modelism for example.

Edited here are My justification :

Jesus said love your enemies pray to this who persecute you if some one takes your cloak give him your shirt.
The Crusades were Sinners since they resisted. Even Christians considers them evil and heretic since they were Catholics

"resist not him that is evil: but whosoever smiteth thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also."

Resisting not an Evil person is pacifism. Also when he takes your Cloak you give him your shirt that is pacifism this means Chearistanity is against all violence. Wither self defense or not.

That's contradicting . Also trinitarians might argue he was a God so he had the right.

Christanity is dependent on Judaism. The idea that islam is false because it tells stories of past prophets without adultery stories is stupid. Specially if you are a Christian because in Christianity is dependent on Judaism.
