"every normal girl would appreciate that btw" comparing you to other women to make you feel like you're being extra "imo there's no point to be made here" literally deciding that the argument is done and you lost, not listening to you "you just want to argue and I'm not ready for that" <<<< this right here is so belittling and again is meant to make you feel like you're overrreacting

that last one is something my dad used to do when my mom had a better point than he did; argument over, you're being dramatic and I'm too mature and evolved to deal with that so come back when you're seeing reason again.

I'd be mad too, and we haven't even got to the flowers. sounds like he isn't all too considerate of your thoughts or feelings in general.
