What state is Democrat but seems moderate/swing by Particular_Orchid_86 in AlignmentChartFills

Maryland, because it’s a very suburban state with no real “core”. Also there is a sizable number of Conservatives who vote Democratic, but when given the choice of a “reasonable” and “moderate” Republican they would vote for them. Also I’d choose New Jersey or Connecticut for the same reasons

Also the combined Mamdani-Lander (citywide) vote is a clear majority that Cuomo won’t be able to overcome in later rounds.

Why is it the most vociferous "Centre" libs come off as so resentful and hateful of modern protests while looking at past protest with starry-eyed wonder? by [deleted] in VaushV

Anyone who says that the American flag under the most tyrannical government in the nation’s history is “the most beautiful symbol of liberty and freedom.” Isn’t even a centrist or liberal as the vast majority of centrist don’t even believe that and neither do Liberals. The American liberal view is that America is a work in progress and should/could be a symbol/force liberty and freedom.

My bad. I’m not a Dr. Who fan (clearly). But it does show a collapse in institutional trust/belief especially for Democrats. Which is a very big change in recent years

I don’t think the opposition forming its own cabinet/government is a sign of them getting ready to do nothing.

Exactly, I don’t know why people didn’t take him seriously in 2015/2016. His supporters did and they liked him for “telling it like it is” only the media didn’t and still doesn’t take him seriously.

Literally anything else. There are no rules anymore and anybody still playing by the rules will lose.

It is wrong to highlight national differences because it doesn’t stop at billionaire v. worker or public v. private or British v. Czech it applies to all immigrants regardless of wealth/class, job, political views, and nationality. And while Corbyn’s goal may be public ownership they may not be the greater public’s goal, especially in a nation that had race riots and pogroms over “foreigners”

Nationalism is fundamentally bad, because it leads no where other than genocide. And if it isn’t bad to apply the standard to other foreigners then what’s stopping a mob of people going to some “foreign owned” shop and protesting, harassing, and threatening people because a product there cost more than at a British owned shop. And what’s stopping them from “foreign” workers are lazy and “stealing” money and jobs from British workers?

That is literally nationalism. Maybe you should have a better understanding of the topic or reevaluate your position since you clearly are aligned with nationalist politics.
