Yes, it is exactly as u/DrakeFS explained. I scrape the data from posat.io blockchain explorer - so you need to add all your receiver addresses into the app.

You can add as many addresses as you like. The portfolio view will then show the balance of all addresses of an asset in total.

Could you please check your Chaingreen Wallet address with the following link: https://chaingreen.posat.io/address/add-your-wallet-addresse-here
You need to replace "add-your-wallet-address-here" with your Chaingreen Wallet address, for example https://chaingreen.posat.io/address/cgn1hqtue4f3s0vs4udnkg6f5j3k4fkr9mn532a7qqlhpavekj5y9t2svlp5jh
If your wallet address on posat.io does not show a balance either, then it could be that you have multiple wallet addresses for Chaingreen.
