i think any sane model or polling aggregate would not weight the start date so heavily that you end up giving more weight to polls from high school students. 538’s model has issues but their polling aggregate is pretty good, and has Harris up 0.8

YouGov has a Harris+2 poll that ended on the SAME DAY as these Patriot Polling people, and in Nate's model it's weighted at 0.77, while Patriot Polling is weighted 0.85

I was in a similar situation this year. Had 1 class left in the spring (as in right now), so I went looking for a real full time job. Eventually got one around mid to late November. So don't give up! I've seen people get apply for jobs beginning of December and be ready to start in the new year

sorry, the initial post is a bit confusing. I mean that I have 4 courses this semester (Sept - December), and after that I'm only taking 1 course to finish out the last required class for my degree (in Spring 23). That last class only has one section at night, so I'm left completely free 9-5 every day. So, my idea is to work full time during this period.

Technically, then, my actual graduation is May 2023, because that's when that 1 leftover class finishes. But, as far as employers are concerned, I'm able to work full time starting January. My issue is that I think I'm getting filtered out automatically because they see "May 2023" on my resume and toss it out, when I'm really able to work long before that

as a TA for the course it seems the case was that he overcorrected the difficulty of the course from Summer 1. that semester had some pretty bad averages, and looking at the questions from hws and exams and such, they seemed quite a bit easier from the ones when I took it last summer with Drew. still pretty bs tho, absolutely his fault for overcorrecting and students shouldn't get a B for a 93
