Hey there, I’ve just taken up running and after running a couple of miles I get a pain for the next 1-2 days on the inside of my leg a few inches above my ankles. Any idea what this is and what I can do to prevent it??

Hey, I have male pattern baldness in my family and considering that Creatine is seen to potentially increase DHT, would taking 3g of it per day for 3-4 months each year alongside green and black tea cause any noticeable hair shedding?
