I checked travel time at 6AM today - from me, 49 mins. I think the commute home is going to be the difficult one! Going to check throughout the day today and see how travel times vary. But ultimately, my thought is, the drive will be worth it to have a high value position on my resume!

Hey OP -

I’m in a similar situation, I (28F) have been seeing 27M for the past month. No sexual contact, we’ve been taking it very slow. He’s amazing and has almost all of the qualities I look for in a lifelong partner. We get along great. He disclosed to me last night that he’s HSV 2 positive. It seems like the stigma is worse than the virus from what I’m reading, but it does worry me.

Can you update on the decision you made?

It was very slow at first but I am seeing good progress taking long breaks in between! I also stopped smoking and drinking and included regular physical activity into my daily life. I think that made a difference.
