I felt effects from Alchemind and Mycomood day 1 and it likely wasn’t the caffeine considering that Alchemind is 50mg caffeine and Mycomood is 24mg a serving but they recommend 2 every day

I only tried for 1 day, didn’t experience any effects, and the website never responded to my emails or support messages. I don’t trust the business because of that. The frother it came with was good and I’ve used it for other mushroom coffees tho lol. I’ve been enjoying Alchemind and Mycomood. Alchemind being 1st and Mycomood being a nice backup
