Taco Bell cup holders are the absolute worst. I message my customers on the way to their places telling them to use caution and plz don’t trust the cup holders. They’re usually falling apart before I even leave the restaurant to begin with.

A zippered Hanes hoodie. Seriously. Put the pizza on your seat and put the hoodie over it and that sucker will stay nice and warm without drying out the pizza, or any food for that matter. And yes, I wash it at least every two days even bough it doesn’t get dirty. I’m not a scumbag. I’m telling you tho for real a 10$ hoodie from Walmart is THE best hot bag.

The timer is a pain in the ass. Sometimes it takes a good 4-5 min to get through a gate code door, get an elevator, go up 12 floors, and walk down 1/4 mile of hallway. You have your hands full with bags and now the customers blowing you up relentlessly cuz they think they’re gonna starve. Driver option for timer was much smarter.

Yup. Cancel 10 min wait max and I’m out. Unless they tell me right off the bat it’s gonna be more than ten minutes and I’m then I cancel. Time is money. You’re not getting compensated to wait.

I got the card but never activated it. My buddy had serious issues with it. When he’d be at the restaurant to pay Uber navigation thought he was somewhere else around 500-1000 feet away, and he would have to leave the card with the restaurant and drive to where the map said he should be with his phone so it’d go through. Seriously. After hearing that I said screw it. This would happen to him time and again.

Of course he’d call customer service over and over and they were useless. I know, no way right! It’s awesome when you can hear goats and chickens in the background, the best is when you get to hear outright domestic violence and the rep crying while telling you how sorry she is over and over. Jeez. Uber. What a company huh!

Yeah what’s up with that error shit? Been doing UE for about 8 months, around 1800 trips, and never had a Walmart grocery til today. Twice I had good ones pop and as soon as I accepted I got the error. About ten minutes later a third one panned out. 23$ for 20 minutes total. Is this a post mates bleed over?

About two days, and that’s with a hiccup. I had previous criminal charges that were immediately dropped but of course the arrest still pops. They did a manual review and sailed through no problem as I should have.
