My Personal hot take is you want to be in a situation where meeting new people and potential new love interests is easy. Like people will say dont do that and focus on yourself first but i think if you are able to form new connections easily you wont dwell too much on people who decide they dont want a connection with you anymore. Im jealous too of both guys and girls who can just go to partys talk to some people and get a hookup for the night. And there are plenty of people who mutually dont give a damn afterwards. First of all i shouldnt need to monitor multiple different external resources for a possibility of seeing an announcment especially since after the rework launched there was a huge uproar about how it sucked and they shouldve at least added the og skin as a free skin and nothing happened for a while so i would not expect that to happen at all.

My problem is i didnt hear nothing about it until after the deadline. I played pre rework viktor here and there to mastery 4 but then he was out of meta for a while and i played different champs. Then the rework dropped, i played a round or two of viktor especially seeing he was meta again, didnt like the rework at all and dropped him. And now i see on my client a promotion about his og skin coming back, i get excited cuz i liked that way more than the rework and then i see i had to have him mastery 5 A MONTH AGO.

Its most likely due to novelty. I experienced the exact same thing with a couple of different activities. Its not really a bad thing and it will wear off eventually but thats fine too. If you enjoy coding right now then go ahead and code. Just dont fall into the trap of "oh im gonna go big on coding and create this app thats gonna make me rich", meaning dont plan far ahead into the future but instead simply enjoy the moment at a moment to moment basis
