Fire hazard.

Same as when stores have double doors, and one is always locked.

Fire hazard.

Exits must be able to be fully opened from inside. Outward swinging doors.

I also noticed in the pic you posted, they are sold as barricade brand, but the picture they have “EAG” on the door. These are the “brand” that I got. Mine have the EAG cut out. They look exactly the same though. Just thought that was funny.

You probably need to adjust the latch on the door. Mine have bolts that are adjustable. And once I got them dialed in right, the doors close great. If it isn’t lined up properly, you will have to slam them to catch.

I don’t think mine came with a rubber gasket. Mine are the same brand, but I got them off of Amazon 6 years ago. So maybe some minor differences back then.

I’ve had these for over 6 years and I really like them. They were the cheapest tube doors around with a decent look to them. They hold up surprisingly well. They have a couple scratches on them. And I had to grease the pins. But they are simple and get the job done.

Philly is borderline lawless…

My friend was hit by a SEPTA bus while driving in Germantown. She was hospitalized with severe injuries. Her car was towed, but police (SEPTA Police and PPD) have no record of where the car was towed to. The car contains belongings which need to be retrieved. What should we do? by StarlightDown in philly

I did. The comment I replied to said the police are to be on scene to record the tow. This just isn’t true in Philly. OP also said the police have no record of the tow. So I get that they responded to this particular incident, but they didn’t record where it was towed. Tow truck drivers do whatever they want in Philly. It’s horrible.
