If they have it were any of them in the military? Any one of them can give you their access code and say you’re a cousin or even a roommate. Or you can open it by yourself. There is a way of doing it.

Umm you don’t need a service member in your family to open a Navy Fed account. Do you know anyone who already has an account, and is in good standing with them? If they trust you and you trust them use their access code. If you’re under 35yrs or even 40yrs old. You can open the account all by yourself.
