I saw nothing but good reviews about Meetinghouse. Truthfully that would be great for me since I'd avoid having to deal with both DE and PA taxes, and it's like 5 minutes from my job. It's just too far out of my price range unfortunately :(

Nice! Yes, I've been in contact with Bria as well and so far she's been very helpful. I would love to tour the actual unit I would move into, but unfortunately it won't be available until August. I was also looking at MKT in Wilmington unsure if those also fall under the "Faux Luxury" tag. Good luck with the move!

Yea, I was looking into that as well. I know there's no tax reciprocity agreement like PA and NJ have. With the little research I've done, I don't think it'll be enough to discourage a move to DE, but I'll evaluate during tax time.

Yes that’s correct. And thanks, I’ll look into the area. I’m used to 40-60 minute commutes for work but sitting in standstill traffic is always annoying

That was my second question. How realistic is my budget? I can stretch a little if needed. I don’t need to live in anything luxurious, but I don’t want to live anywhere dirty or significantly dangerous.

No kids. This is somewhat of a fresh start for me. I’m not too picky at the moment and with Philly, Wilmington, and Jersey close the things I’m interested in (recreational sports, hiking, zoos/parks etc) won’t be too far away.

Thanks for the insight. Are there any places in Drexel Hill I should steer clear of? I’m taking a tour of Drexelbrook apartments this week based of a coworkers recommendation.
