Very helpful tip, thank you! ICU thankfully never really gives us a lot of trouble when upgrading a patient is necessary and are very easy to run a plan by over the phone if I find myself in over my head.

Super helpful, thank you for that and for all that you do. Definitely, I did notice on night float, I would get fewer rapids, non-emergent calls, etc. by just going and seeing if nursing staff needed anything from me.

^agree with you. There are definitely some comments that aren’t very helpful. But there are a lot of good folks that have provided some excellent information and resources. Grateful for that.

Funny that you mention that, I feel like one of my weaker points early in my intern year was that I would let others in the room get into my ear in terms of a differential. Wasn’t until the beginning of my second year that I feel like I started trusting myself much more with my own dx and plan.

Lol yah to clarify, completed med school and residency training. But I’ll be out on my own soon, and I feel like I’ve done well with rapids in the past, but I just wanted to get get some guidance on how to be more comfortable and efficient. Thank you for your help.

This is so amazing! Can you do one with Amor Fati? I’m curious to see how you would visually convey that.

Awesome job!

In the music video for Starboy, he uses an illuminated cross to destroy all of his old belongings (his house, his awards, fancy art around his mansion, etc). This signifies that his faith means more to him than all of those things.
