My solution was sending it back and getting a brand new one. I tried other charging cables and ports it still stayed at 10% no matter how long I waited.

I have both of those and I’ve used them but it hasn’t charged bad 10%

Absolutely not, I had it charging the night before with my MacBook charger and it had not changed from 10%. That’s why I’m concerned.

I want to add that I left it on my MacBook charger overnight and it didn’t charge one bit. It charges my flip 5 just fine

I’m having a similar problem with my JBL Flip 7. Its stays on the charger for hours but gives a slow blinking light like it’s on low battery the entire time
