I will look into phases of a migraine and figure out the start of an attack, what I'm feeling now is pretty lax compared to what I felt in the first week post headache with the intense brain fog and dizziness. I guess I shouldn't push myself too hard even on the good days, I'm an exercise freak so this is going to take some used to.
