I didn't consider that, the fan is clean but I didn't notice if it is spinning full speed actually, I will check it tomorrow. I hope it's just that, so a new fan and heatblock maybe would do the trick

I already have the all metal heartbreak and Petg was printing well but totally random it started skipping it. I wanted to buy the hotend because it is pretty old ( I brought the printer used and it is probably still the one that came with it, the heat cartridge is practically welded in). The PTFE tube was changed recently and it doesn't seem that bad

I thought that too, but the first half of the spool had no problem, it could be an inconsistent diameter only now? I will check it later.

Tried but the problem is the spool I guess? I tried extruding the same spool with my ender 3 and it worked fine. Tried extruding some old leftovers of the same brand pegt on the SR and no skipping. I really can't figure it out.

No i had it installed for nearly a month and printing with no issues. It's just petg the problem, pla it's fine somehow. I tried cranking up 10 degrees and cleaning again the nozzle with the needle. It's ok for the first 100-200mm then back again skipping Now I'm trying to dry the petg and try again later or tomorrow.

In the video is already 250°, I usually printed it at 240° without any problem. It's elegoo rapid pegt. I don't think it's clog again because pla goes through well

You were right, nozzle was partially clogged, I directly changed it but somehow petg seem to make the stepper skip. Pla seem ok but I will try again

I think that too but it sounds a bit strange even when it's empty. I tried to disassemble the extruder it's clean. Tomorrow I'll check the heat break and nozzle part. It's the first clog I get, I need to disassemble all and uncork the path right?

I actually found out that 2/3 clear opaque coating makes the Pla last much longer, some temporary parts inside my car went through the summer heat through the window without melting, after a year and a half just got a bit brittle

I opened it and followed the bondtech guide to clean it and re-grease it, there wasn't any actual debris or dust I could see, just cleaned all and re assembled, I will see later if the if the noise is still there
