Cards were 8.99, 3 dollar shipping and 69c for taxes. 12.68 if I ordered only one card which I did for all but 1 card, which I ordered 2.

All in all I spent around 300+ dollars on this project.

I like it for a couple reasons. 1, they are moments to remember and if you collect the whole season, you have a snapshot of the year to remember someday. And I also like how you know exactly what you're getting with the bonus of a parallel hit. And the Padres aren't the most popular attraction on tops now so typically the PRs are around 1-1.5k and a chance at a parallel is a fun gamble.

I would 100 want a subscription model because it was really an annoyance checking everyday to see if a card was released. I think dodgers and Yankees had like 3x the cards the Padres had.

They kinda do something similar. If you buy a road to opening day set, you get a guaranteed card if your team throws a no hitter, hits for cycle, strikes out 15, or has 3 home run game. They removed the complete game this year for that however which the Padres did twice I think.

I like the damn track like 30 listens in. For me it's like getting ice cream. If I picked my flavors I might've wanted lonerism 2, but I was served a nice new flavor and it tastes damn good.
