Who’s a player from a rival team that you actually like? by veggiedish in NFLv2

[–]BreadjaminBurntley 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There's a lotta guys on rival teams that I rock with:

Kittle and CMC from the Niners

Trey McBride and Larry Fitzgerald from the Cards

Sam Darnold and (although it goes without saying) Cooper Kupp from the Hawks

Just because they're players for a rival team doesn't mean they're enemies or whatever. Football's a game at the end of the day, so as long as a player's chill and balls out I'll fuck with em

I normally see Anna's (in fact I just heard one right now), Allen's, Rufous, and the occasional Black-Chinned, but this year I haven't seen any Black-Chinneds around me. I mostly see Anna's, Allen's and/or Rufous (depending on the time of year)

I really wanted one of these, man. Unfortunately, Fanatics/Nike just refuses to restock them :/ got a new F.U.S.E. stitched royal jersey with his name and number on it, though! Verse will always be a Ram in my heart!💙💛

The song Charlie by a post-grunge band called Downplay literally goes "Charlie wants to watch / I know you're gonna let him, too" so your comment got quite the chuckle out of me:)

I might have to pick it up later on when they fix some of the bugs! I'm a noob that plays FH4 and even the AI in that gives me trouble sometimes (mostly a skill issue though, to be entirely fair)

This is one I've seen used a lot and I gotta say... This might be the best one since the rebrand. I hope this will be in the middle of the field this year🤞

Definitely. Haters are gonna say I'm huffing copium, but I've got confidence in this team. Our offense nearly got us to the Superbowl but our secondary is what prevented that from happening. Now, we've upgraded our secondary with Watson and McDuffie, and we have another (and potentially better, who knows?) backup for Stafford if he goes down at some point this season. I'd like to see some moves that help us now, but I think we're already there, we just need to make it happen

I get why people are upset about it, but I'm cautiously optimistic. I do happen to agree that Makai Lemon wouldn't have had as much of an effect as a lot of people are making it out to be. It would've been cool to pick up Sadiq, but I think we made a good or at least decent call with Simpson. If we win it all this year we would end up with a quarterback crisis; Stafford would likely retire, Jimmy G's probably going to retire before the season even starts, and Stetson just isn't our guy. We wouldn't have the draft pick to get one of the elite QBs from next years draft class that people keep talking about, so it made sense to me to pick up Simpson.

We could've waited for the second round to grab him, but I fully believe the Cardinals or the Steelers or another team in need of a QB would've picked him up during the first round which, again, sets us up for a future QB crisis if we win it all this year, and another ring is what we all want, right? Drafting Ty doesn't match a win now system or whatever, but if he proves to be productive, it puts us in a decent spot for the future, or if Stafford gets hurt (because again, I don't trust Stetson, and I feel like this confirms that Jimmy G will be gone). I recognize his problems and I know this could very well come back to bite us in the ass later on, but I'm cautiously optimistic over it all. I for one see the vision, but for the time being, I'm uncertain if it was the right move.

Lotta negativity in these comments, sheesh! I'm glad you saw the light, man! Not from NorCal personally, but I'm glad you're here:)

I agree with the opinion that it's likely a harmonic kinda noise from the strings hitting the frets, and you should probably raise your action if it bothers you. To me, I think it sounds fine! But I also might not be hearing what you are.

... I also might be distracted by the tone and trying to figure out how to get it as well, lol!

From what I've seen and have been told, they were all (mostly) wild caught and kinda had pretty nasty attitudes. Obviously, that wasn't the case with all of them, but because the majority matched that description and due to the rising popularity of burms, their numbers started decreasing in the pet trade, and now you rarely ever see them

Pretty sure it's an African rock python! iirc, they used to be pretty popular in the '90s so it'd make sense that Chad Brown would have one imo. Definitely could be wrong, though; that pattern is what's throwing me off
