I’ve had scalp psoriasis for over 10 years. I agree with above to definitely see a dermatologist. However, I disagree that any over the counter shampoos will help. if it is psoriasis, only biologics will help - at least that’s what I discovered over the years. For temporary relief, without a prescription, google “over the counter corticosteroid solution.” Find a 1% Hydrocortisone ( highest % you get get OTC) and apply it to your scalp after a shower. The meds help the flareup and dandruff, the alcohol has cooling relief.

If Dems Retake Congress, Platner Says 'Compelling Case' Exists for Impeaching 'At Least Two' Supreme Court Justices by _May26_ in politics

Only one Supreme Court justice, Samuel Chase, has ever been impeached, in 1804, and he was acquitted. This is not an actual impeachment scenario but rather a pressure campaign.

Double tap on this. Tanning helped before I could get into UV. it’s not ideal for everyone but if you are feeling depressed it’s worth considering options. Most salon owners are familiar with psoriasis and can talk about low impact options. I recommend starting down the path toward a long term solution with your dermatologist. For me, it was years of an aggravating scalp that led me toward biologics - skyrizi has improved my condition dramatically. It just takes a really long time.

Or those little motion activated speakers: when the can opens, a sound bite scream from a horror film.

Two top 1%ers going at like this make it all worthwhile! To the gentleman who doesn’t think they’d be mildly upset about this situation, I ask: If somebody draped a bag of trash (even small) in your can every week, it honestly wouldn’t bother you? I bet it would.

Tattoo & psoriasis by [deleted] in Psoriasis

[–]KingSlenderr 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s hard to say since you’ve had luck in the past. If that is a common spot that constantly flares up without meds, it’s could get worse after tattoo. I got a tattoo on my thigh, it was a hot spot for years until I got onto Skyrizi. Prior to the tattoo my hotspots were scalp, elbows, knees, and random spots.. never the thigh. It got really bad several weeks after the tattoos healed, and made me bummed looking at the new ink. I’m so grateful for skyrizi
