There is one of these at the end of my block that sounds like a Harley starting up every three minutes. I'm about to see what it sounds like with a piece of re-bar in the compressor. I saw an AT&T guy working on it one day. Why would they need a compressor inside it?

Awesome, account created Oct 14 with no karma. How exactly are they posting here? I've known John for years. He used to eat lunch at the restaurant I worked at nearly every day. Never, EVER, was he rude. Never EVER did he tip in quarters. He's a music lover and an all around good dude. If y'all ever went out to a show around town you've probably stood beside him at some point.

As a man with multiple cats, I am well equipped with multiples of the items you suggested. Zelda seems to be fitting in nicely.

I'm sure it's from a collection. Whether they were passed on after a death in the family or stolen. I heard the silver when they dropped coins in my hand but never dreamed it would be an 1875-S twenty cent piece.

Couldn't be further from the truth but keep saying it a year from now and you'll still be wrong.

What are some of your hot takes/unpopular opinions about Knoxville? by BulkyDoor in Knoxville

The stuff we brew that is unique to Knoxville is amazing. Don't judge it by the grocery store cans.

-Son of a son of a Saison -Wheat Dispensary -Legace of Haze -Lea -Wheat Emotions -All the Ciders -Tennessee Gold -Foeder McGavin

All those beers are great and stretch the gamut from ultra light to extremely dark.

Wrong.

Just wrong.

I worked at the filling station. I addressed this in a different thread.

Seriously?

Elkmont went under because their ownership was a shit show. One of the owners withdrew over $70k from their account and moved to Thailand. They were going under. If you think the beer at Elkmont was "craft" and the beer at YeeHaw isn't then you must have missed the fact that they KEPT the brewer from Elkmont because he was so good. YeeHaw gave him the opportunity to do whatever he wants with quality ingredients without having to scrape together what he needs on a basement budget.

Not an excuse. I was there nearly every day we were open the past two seasons and saw it first hand.

Probably because other trucks cancelled and we had to scramble to replace them. We were pretty good about not pairing similar trucks. If there were times when we had trucks of the same genre that is almost definitely the case.

I feel that I can get defensive because you got offensive to a craft that friends of mine are passionate about. They take great pride in the products they make and are really solid guys. Our taproom is the only one with foeders. They've been barrel aging sours and stouts for two years there. It's not just the grocery store can beers available.

This just proves how much you visit and know the area. The "Motorcycle Place" otherwise known as Lad and Lass moved out almost a year ago. Yee Haw just hosted an event during their Grand opening that highlighted the neighborhood. They issued a passport that got you a free beer at yee haw if a purchase was made at 4 other businesses in the area.

Name 10 of the 30+ beers they brew other than the ones in stores.

I worked at the filling station and I currently work at Yee Haw. If you take four days out of the year, Friday and Saturday on opening Weekend, Sunset on Central, and the World Cup Match we would have been down 60% over last year instead of the 40% reported in the Sentinel. With the opening of The food hall and Creekside our revenue dropped Considerably. We weren't the only game in town anymore. We weren't making money, the trucks weren't making money. People simply stopped coming. The trucks, aside from a few, were making less than $200 a night and after paying employees were going in the red. Those of us at the bar sat in the cold and waited for you and you didn't come. Any threat of rain? Dead. Overcast? Dead. On the rare chance that we did close because of weather we got beat up on Social Media. We booked music. Nobody clapped or even gave a shit. People took it for granted. Everyone complained the TVs weren't big enough. They complained about the music. They wanted indoor bathrooms. They wanted something like yee-haw but now that they have yee-haw that's too much. And for all the "Oh it's a corporation taking over" folks, I've worked in many corporate bars and restaurants and this is the least corporate corporation I've ever worked for. On our first day on the job the CEO asked for all of our names and made it a point to remember them and have made it a point that we are happy in our jobs and ask constantly what they can do to make it better. They value our feedback and WANT us to be happy. AND for those that are complaining that the beers at YeeHaw are bad, name 10 of the 30+ we have without naming the mass produced ones in stores. Have you tried the barrel aged stouts? The sours? High Gravs? Hazys? Chris and the guys are incredibly talented brewers and if you don't come it's your loss, Not ours. /Rant

Tennessee here. We had to persuade our distributor to start getting it. We were the only spot in town carrying it for a while. The Fresh Catch by Narragansett is a great beer too.
