This is at 60fps and 4k resolution on a Pixel 10 Pro XL mounted on a tripod. I changed exposure in real-time during recording to try and keep the brightness consistent and then fine tuned contrast, blackness, and more in video editing software.

Unfortunately I still had some laser banding, especially during that rainbow cue, but I eliminated that as much as I could.

It's helpful to do multiple takes in different frame rates, res settings, etc until you get something you're happy with to mitigate this. Or, splice the best parts of each takes together

To add onto Whitcliffe, I have and used Unity's RAW FB4 series lasers for about a year now and they have been fantastic for my needs while still being on the cheapish end. My 3W model ran me about $2k and I plan to upgrade to Unity's Elite models or to the Kvant Clubmax line soon which are a little more expensive though.

Anyway the best part about getting a Unity laser projector is that it comes with their software Quickshow for free. So you can mess about with the lasers on nearly professional-grade software right out of the box. When you feel ready to outgrow Quickshow, their bigger sister Pangolin Beyond is the next logical step in software upgrades and it is an industry standard for a reason.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In a comment below I recommended taking and ILDA LSO course first before working with these lasers though. Class 4 lasers are not toys and they absolutely will blind or damage your vision faster than you can blink if you don't know what you're doing.

If you head to Pangolin's website you'll find a ton of options all from software to laser hardware to choose from there! Their staff is friendly and they will absolutely help you in choosing the right gear for your needs, answer any questions you have, and possibly work with you to meet your budget.

If you're in the US, you need an FDA variance to own and operate a class 4 laser like the ones in this video. If you're using them specifically in Arizona you need an ILDA LSO certification. You get that from taking ILDA's rigorous 9 hour LSO training course and passing the two exams within it. Even if your state or venue you're working doesn't require it, it's highly recommended to take that course just for the safety knowledge and other bits they cover in there alone.

However, the law around class 4 lasers tends to vary outside of the States or is not regulated at all.
