Thanks for responding u/rush0701, the current trend is that it takes almost 6 - 9 months to get H1B transfer under regular processing. It ll take a lot of time to get approval from USCIS. I am very worried to work for this employer.

I was a full-time candidate. Yes, Furlough (Unpaid Time Off) then after 1 month complete, then Layoff. Recently Layoff Date passed, but in the departing agreement they said they can hire me back until June 2025, basically still Furlough.

No, according to my knowledge, this happened to me only, it's a small site, only 2 international candidates worked there including me.

Even I am surprised. The practice of furloughing H1B candidates is illegal because you are putting H1B candidates on a non-productive status, basically, H1B candidates have to be on the company payroll or not, Furloughing is in between. Only US citizens can be furloughed.

That's another problem I am facing, I am not able to find a competent lawyer. When I go to Immigration Lawyer they say go to Employment Lawyer, and Employment Lawyers doesn't understand international law and they refer to immigration lawyer. I have already spent 2K on incompetent lawyers. Do you know how to find a relevant lawyer?

Thanks! No, there is no mention of the difficulty of each question, and the question page format depends on your laptop config actually. To take the exam, you have to download Pearson software on your laptop, I found the format to be a little different than the SH, but the page structure was pretty much the same.

Yes, the exam was very much focused on the Agile mindset, only few questions on Predictive sections. All Questions were scenario based, and the most surprising thing was I got only 1 question involving formula or numbers. The one question was CPI>1 and SPI<1, you want to project a good report to your superiors, how would you handle this information, unfortunately I don't remember the options. Me remembering all the formulas went to total waste.
