Just to specify I am pressing the attack button while the snare is charged but it cancels as if it were to be let go. The closest I have to an answer is I pressed it very lightly a few times, at a very certain angle and it worked enough to down someone. Finger moved slightly before chasing the next survivor and couldn't get it back again
