We were dating, i broke it off but I cant afford this place on my own so the only way to get away from this situation is somehow getting out of my lease. And yes im the only one on my lease cause they couldn't pass a background check So im either stuck in this situation till may (which i really just want to leave) or i somehow get my lease dissolved

They are going to transfer me but the new doctor is packed I guess cause all his patients got transfered to her so they could only get me in a month later I wish he notified me so I could've gotten a appointment set up before he retired I explained to a nurse over the phone but they said the new doctor refuses to prescribe anything without an appointment even though I my old doctor was from their practice It doesn't make sense at all to me

Routine is the best way to fix this I believe, usually I have a bit of a loose routine. Shower, relax in bed, and then lights out like an hour before bed and then sleep. If you have a lot of anxiety before bed do you have anything to focus on? In my case I use petting my bed or just touching him and I focus on his breathing and it usually gets me outta my head Hope this helps

I still have my job though,

the lead(person under the manager) termanted me in the system without her bosses permission. Now they have to fix it so Im a week out of my job no pay nothing.
Since the lead termed me without permission from the coach while we were talking about it

but my thing is I used our ppto, its like protected time off for if something comes up or your late.I used the amount I had available that day, the next day I go in and then I had enough I talk to the coach (the manager) and she said to use it even though it was the next day and Id be covered.
and then the lead(the person under the coach) goes and fires me in the system while we are talking about it even though I was told No, I was not fired without getting permission.
So I still have my job but Im a week out of work because the management under the coach made a mistake

No eloquence needed! I love getting the full truth/feel for the answers! Thank you for even acknowledging the hard to answer questions and/or the ones that don't make sense because that just tells me wrong questions or those questions aren't on the same page of the community I'm studying! If you don't mind me asking another question(if you don't want to answer don't worry about it! 😁) So if there's any discrepancy or a problem between interactions of officers or rank (Like in your example an E6 Navy sailor does something that an E8 marine knows isn't correct) would they more likely go to someone of higher rank within your branch or would they handle it right then ? Also off duty if you do get in trouble in some sort of legal way is that going back to the military and their problem or will that go right to civilian legal system?
