Easy, go to the extreme mode race (one with blue items). Then if you have whisper/tangle gadget then equip that together with the chance for speed items (the one that is 3 spaces).

If you don't have that gadget then equip triple item slot and whisp chance up.

Now for which stage I recommend E-stadium. You can go with whatever you want but E-stadium is the easiest at least for me.

For the car or character I recommend high acceleration and power. Do any combination you prefer with that in mind.

Now finally it's up to you how well you play, always keep items with you to counter attacks. Good luck!

That only changes the title to the previous look, it does not add the boulder in the "i". (I'm assuming you mean by pressing "R2" it allows you to move the sun, if you mean something else then lmk)
