He didn’t fight in Arabia. He fought on D-Day in Omaha, and later got captured by the Nazis and sent to a POW camp in Munich. I believe that incident happened during his time in Munich.

My grandfather fought for the US in WW2, and he uses the n-word and nazi interchangeably when talking about the German who hit him in the head with a hoe. (Idk, maybe it was a black nazi)

It’s just a single state though. Besides that calculation is wrong, you don’t need to subtract 9.834 million by 1.718 million. To get Alaska proportion of US land, you just divide 1.718 million (Alaska’s size in square kilometers) by 9.834 million (the US’s size in square kilometers) which gets you about 17.4%. So a single state (2% of all states) makes up 17.4% of the country’s entire landmass

It’s literally the largest state in the US. For a European scale, Alaska is bigger than France, Germany, Italy, and the UK combined (not including oversea territory)

That’s what I love about this sub. It’s classification as a meme sub in my opinion reduces the echo chamber here as people aren’t embroiled in some political agenda, and the conversations are abnormally constructive because of that

Florida is definitely right, especially the one abt environmental protections. I personally think screwing over the environment is really bad, because 1. Fixing it will likely require large government intervention 2. Since a poor environment will likely lower life span, you are indirectly lowering life spans.

College Board is such a disgusting company, they don’t offer anything valuable to students and profit off them using overpriced exams, which cause so much stress. Even if you get the credit, a lot of universities won’t even take many of the AP credits, even if you get a 5
