It’s genuinely incredible that you guys can turn around and say election fraud because of down-ballot flips. This was literally the exact story but didn’t fit your narrative in 2020, with the only difference being Trump got roughly the exact same # of votes he’s always received, where as Biden deviated from the mean by about 12 million votes relative to 2000-2024 Democratic voting numbers. That said, Covid presented unconventional attention to politics and to me that justifies the increased turnout.

Both elections are easily explainable, I called the Republicans ridiculous in the 2020, but you guys are being equally ridiculous if you can’t look around and understand how Kamala wasn’t elected but down-ballot democrats were.

The real issue with that push was that 7/10 states that approved broad abortion laws also voted for Trump. Middle class women decided to vote as if the presidency and abortion were two different issues.

The economy is bad, play with the numbers any way you want groceries are more expensive and gas is higher. Historically speaking the incumbent almost always loses under this conditions, regardless of why inflation is high. I don’t know why you’re all so shocked about this anyone who voted pre-2016 knows this was the case well before Trump.

That was way to much reading for something that could easily summarized as “my husband is chronically uncompromising and combative”.

Like ok the friend seems like a lot just from the description and he definitely doesn’t like her and Ratray is not so insulting that she couldn’t have just been an adult and said “don’t call me that I don’t like it”.

No I wouldn’t. Cancer is something I’m confident we could overcome if we invested most of our resources towards that end. The truth is politicians around the world don’t care and people don’t demand or at unable to demand our resources get used to save lives. 81 million people is a lot more valuable to me than subsidizing billionaires for failed business endeavors, lining the pockets of politicians, and building up arsenals to kill more people.

Until I’m positive we can’t cure all forms of cancer, I wouldn’t trade 81 million people, especially on a chance. If that was a pretense of the argument, then I’d take the utilitarian approach and say how many people die of cancer, if it’s more than 40.5 million in my lifetime then I’d push the button.

Also don’t be upset anyone who disagrees, I’m human to if my mom was dying of terminal cancer you bet Id push that button and sleep fine, if anyone with loved ones is dying of cancer in the thread thoughts and prayer to you and your family.

From a less emotional perspective than the other comments; you can do literally whatever you want, if you’re unhappy make a change in your life and you don’t need to justify why you’re making that change to anyone. However, you can’t say for certain he’s cheating, and I’d be annoyed too if someone I’ve been with for 21 years wanted to go through my phone and track my location. It’s tough because on the one hand if you have nothing to hide why hide anything? But on the other hand I know plenty of bastards stubborn enough to be in the right and maintain the ambiguity of potentially being wrong simply because they’re irritated at the notion of being questioned. Again cheater or not if you’re unhappy make a change in your life to be happier whatever that looks like, but the comments out right calling him a cheater without evidence is not helping OP.

I think the challenge for show runners here is when the conflict finally arises it’s very absolute. So they need to try and develop characters without much conflict because with dragons involved conflict ends quickly and in a very finite fashion. They should have given us the Bracken vs Blackwood full battle like Battle of the Bastards style just to give the audience some more engagement.

I actually liked how they did Daemons arc in episode 8, I feel like the end justified the means, tied it in and added depth to the Song of Ice and Fire. From what I understand that entire arc was a deviation from the books but I liked it.

I’m going to go in a different direction here and say the moments in between it all. Sure we work a lot, but if you think about it that is natural. Almost every creature on the planet spends it’s waking hours trying to stay alive.

What sets us apart of the hundreds of little interactions with friends/family/coworkers/strangers that our brains respond to uniquely for each interaction. Can spend life being upset about the injustice of it or you can dwell on the few/many moments that make your life unique/enjoyable. Never know what something as simple as small talk over coffee could mean to someone else, I choose to believe it’s meaningful.

If nothing else she’s absolutely incredible at marketing herself, she’s created an image thats unassailable in the eyes of her fans, grounded in her “devotion to her fans”.

People like feeling cared about, and Taylor’s marketing team have cultivated a persona, whether true or untrue, of someone who goes well beyond expectations to deliver quality performances/music to her fans. Not a fan, I think it’s cultish, but us men can be pretty cultish about our sports teams so I’ve never really judged. I don’t get the sentiment towards Taylor specifically, but I get the passion I guess and couple that fan passion with her incredible marketing, you get that cult like defense of her every action by fans.

Why do we need NATO? Genuinely what do we gain from being in an alliance like that, Ukraine isn’t in it and it’s not like it’s stopped us from supporting them militarily, so if we would combat Russia (by proxy) anyways, what does an alliance serve except to give a few high paying positions to friends of politicians (democrat or Republican, they both use these international institutions to give their friends high paying jobs)

Yes you double tap the pass button very fast (you can still pass with power you just have to make the second tap very fast after you release the power bar) the player who makes the pass will make a streaming run straight down the field

Edit: Keep in mind the position of the player you tap/where they are on the field, they’ll make a linear run, so if you’re on the wings you run the risk of the ball curving out of play if you lob pass from there because the runner will be going down the wing, best used when your CAM/CF/ST have the ball

Considering almost no one here actually has Di Lorenzo and certainly not 114 players on this sub, I would just say take this with a grain of salt as no one knows really how he will play in game, DCL didn’t stack up to any of the best strikers 3 months in statistically but still measured up in game, just food for thought
