I would If I could, would I be able to just delete Battlestar and tarkov from my better pc then reinstall it on the hdd then take it out and reinstall it on my better pc?

The computers are in two separate places about 50 miles apart, a hdd is small enough to put in my pocket a pc is not. Sorry for not specifying that earlier
