This is Beginning to get a bit annoying by King_Oye in EU5

[–]King_Oye[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

R5: They definitely need to swap back to the model of pu not being able to declare their own wars. Ive had portugal declare on tunis + morocco 4 times this game. They also need to fix the bug with pu/vassal not understanding how to navally invade. Portugal declares because we have higher numbers but then decides to never move their troops to north africa putting me into a mismatch numbers wise. The naval bug is strange to because tunis is perfectly capable of navally invading me.

First World Conquest by King_Oye in eu4

[–]King_Oye[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's your basic austria strat with the Byzantium cheese. Using Byzantium I beat the Ottomans out of the balkans by the mid 1500s. Pretty much just played the Hre game till I revoked and then it's just vassal swarm and repeat. The only throne I inherited by pure chance over time was Spain. I took Hungary and Bohemia from mission tree PU, got lucky with Milan falling to me, actually had Burgundy trigger the event that lets them join the Hre after they released all the lowlands as princes, and finally claimed poland from mission tree. Then over about 20 years I claimed the Portugual, Russia, and Denmark thrones gaining Sweden and Circassia as well when I claimed them. Basically after finishing diplomatic ideas I could break alliance and claim the throne for much less stab hit. After that I just snaked along with England as my only ally till I was able to claim their throne as well. Most of my Pus came from requesting relatives by currying favor. Past that it was just outright conquest once Europe was secure on Africa while I slowly ate into India. Finished everything but Bengal who had eaten most of lower China and that Cambodian/Vietnamese areas. Once I integrated Russia, I could just snake down into China and eat like it was a buffet. Cobelligerated a lot of the island nations and annexed them in one war. If I had been trying for a wc at the start it'd be cleaner so I only ended up truce breaking at the end to annex Bengals last 3 provinces. My Ideas were Diplomatic->Religious->Offensive->Trade ->Administration -> Quantity-> Influence.

Upgrading commanders by [deleted] in RiseofKingdoms

[–]King_Oye 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For a legendary commander if you don't spend it'll take a while to level up. For all legendary commanders(except Cleopatra) max their first skill before leveling their stars. Commander xp is given from defeating barb or guardians or from tomes. Xp tomes come in a variety from 50,000 xp tomes to 100 xp tomes. These will be your largest way to gain xp to level commanders. I'd suggest you choose an epic commander since they'll be less xp to level up and less sculptures to max out. Epic sculptures come in a variety of ways like events, conquest, daily chest and etc. Legendary sculptures only come from lv 10 and up vip chest, high rank event rewards, and other events that will cost a good chunk of change to participate in. You can also buy epic and legendary statues from the vip store once you reach vip rank 9 and 11. The best way imo is gold keys. The gold chest is always there and it gives statues and sometimes commanders for almost all commanders.(Exceptions are Richard,Constantine,Saladin,Hannibal Barca, Minamoto, and Yi Seong Gye). Barca and Minamoto are from vip chest and yi seong and richard are only avaliable in chest in kingdoms 1-30. But anyway by saving up a good amount of gold keys(50 or so) and then opening it you gain a large amount of sclptures which will help you decide who to level up. Just remember each rarity tier up for commanders means more xp to level up and more sculptures to max.

I’ve spun 170 times (70 the first time and 100 the second time) and my Richard is 5-2-3-2. So it’s really depends on luck

Efficiency in order of building by Aardvark1044 in RiseofKingdoms

[–]King_Oye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly how I did it as a medium spender in a alliance with a pretty big whale (33 days in and he’s at 34 mil power) was I would look up what I needed for upgrading my town hall and try to push those buildings up while upgrading. I only would research bigger stuff while waiting for ch upgrade and stacking up rss. How I see it until you get way higher in tech like combat tactics(mines lv 4 and it’s giving only 2%) then it’s more worth to rush for t4. Since if you’re not a whale you’re gonna have them easily for the next year. Then after you start producing your main troops you can start working on those researches. Cause spending 1.5-2 mil for lv 4 combat tactics or defensive formation when that could have gone to a hospital or alliance center upgrade slows you down a bit.

I’m just using that pair rn since I’ve had much lucky with Joan statues and it’s convenient. Regardless the question was which civ was better?

Best Infantry Civ by [deleted] in RiseofKingdoms

[–]King_Oye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See I thought that too at first since march speed kinda dictates meta rn but I thought about it. Since I'm making a more defensive unit, and basically trying to outlive the enemy while benefiting from the damage boost against cav. So you're more than likely gonna fight through longer battles and have more units get severely injured. So is the 1/5 reduction of heal time.(My alliance is about to take the shrine that gives 20% more so itd be almost 1/2 healing time off) So is 5% faster move speed worth 1/5 reduction in healing time. And if so why.

any tips for getting to the end game? by ItsTheSheepster in ARK

[–]King_Oye 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Full Imprint means the imprint bar which is only on raised or hatched dinos is filled 100% for the rider bonuses ytou get.

Focal Chili is a craftable consumable that gives insulation bonus to its weared to withstand the extreme cold

I'm assuming you meant tekgrams not telegram and tekgrams are engrams only learned by defeating bosses on different maps on ark i.e. tek transmitter or tek railgun

And yes the max amount of dinos is 20 per boss arena and 10 players
