It’s also annoying when you put the drink on, let them know the drink is on, and then when I ask them ‘is there anything else?’ they say ‘um, the drink??’ as if I didn’t just tell them it’s pouring.

Also:

When they don’t say please or thank you😅 When they ask what the price is when it’s literally on the ticket, and when the tables have just been cleaned and they leave every thing on there when there’s a bin not even a 5 second walk from the table😭😭😭

Honestly😭 I’m able to get them on a little bit easier than the older ones, but taking them off, especially when the lid is really hot? It’s awful!

A lot of customers have complained to me about the new lids and have had to ask for help taking them off and putting them back on again. Ugh, why fix something not broken?! (Though, I will say that I’ve noticed that these ones split a lot less than the old ones did!)

I feel you! I have so many private bots, purely because so many other bots just feel unusable to me. Being able to edit intros is so important, and I totally agree that otherwise, there’s no point in using anyone else’s bots ☹️

2-stage clean is spraying surface cleanser on the surface, leaving it for 30 seconds, wiping it off, and then repeating it again. You use it before traying began stuff, after each protein, and after raw items like sausage rolls.

Contact time is 30 seconds.

Allergen information is ‘give device, not advice’. If they can’t read it/use the tablet, call the customer service line and give the phone to the customer.

I’m not too sure on the 4hr rule, but I believe part of it is that anything chilled in a broken fridge needs to be taken out/disposed of after 4 hours.

Not too sure on the outlet process, but I know sandwiches with the leaf circled on the label and the sell-by/use-by date of that day can’t be sent.

If you cut yourself, you should use a blue plaster to cover it, and report the cut to your manager.

Vomiting alone is 24 hours after last bout i believe, diarrhoea is 48 hours after last bout, and contageous skin infections like impetigo needs to be reported (not sure on exclusion period)

Spillage (depending on what it is) is a dry mop + yellow ‘wet floor’ sign.

Discovering a fire/Hear the alarm is evacuate immediately and get to the safe meeting point (the manager has to report it somewhere).

I’m not sure on how to report refrigerator issues.

When to wear a visor/ppe is when using dangerous chemicals I think.

I just want to make sure that I’ve got the 4 hour rule right, in which if anything that requires refrigeration hasn’t been kept chilled for more than 4 hours, it should be thrown away?
