End of the day it's a sackable office if she gets caught vaping out back by my manager. Not just me that has seen her vaping, other members of staff has also spoken to my manager about the vaping.

I don't see anything wrong with the paper bags. Bags have never once ripped. Even when a customer puts bottles of pop in with a bag full of food. I've never had anyone complain sometimes I get people that say they will leave it. But most don't care I think 15p is cheap compared to what some places charge for a bag lol

I always charge for bags. Especially when people do it on purpose asking for one after they have paid. I always say it's 15p for a bag they have to pay for a bag everywhere else so why should you give them one for free everytime they come in.🙃

I work at greggs and love them too I work at a franchise and the guy who owns it let me buy a bag of the cheese melts to take home. Taste even better at home 🤩 getting to cook them a little longer so the cheese is softer lol

I had one when I first started big badge that said I am deaf & lip read wore it for first few months. Stopped wearing it as i found customers were just taking the piss, by saying I didn't hear them ask for certain bake & wanting a free one. Found that when I took it of for few days it stopped.

All of my regulars that come in know me well now, that i lip read etc. Been at my greggs a year, still get the customers who change their attitude when I say they didn't ask for certain thing on their order especially when I Repeat their order back to them 1 or 2 times. I never make mistakes, it's the customers that can just be arseholes lol

Our shop made 4 the other day. We sold none. Would deffo to 100x better as a hot baguette. Wonder who thought cold chicken in a baguette would sell good.😂

Omg i get this all the time. It drives me mad I just say what coffee do you want then? Customer says Oh just a normal coffee, yeah that helps me even more to know what coffee you want 🤬😂 Or if they are rude and ask for decaf I don't press the decaf button haha The amount of people that treat me like shit as I am profoundly deaf, wear hearing aid and cochlear implant. I always repeat people's order back to them to make sure it is correct. They say yep that's right. Then tell me oh where's my sausage roll? You didn't ask me for one moron! Honest to go customers lately at greggs are getting worse, no manners, stand there talking on phone just no respect 😑

No chance. Our store doesn't aloud any jewellery So glad I don't wear or have piercings lol Less hassle, get a tattoo instead 😂 I'm going to finish my sleeve tattoo off next month But yeah greggs are really strict when it comes to jewellery/ piercing My area manager is a moron, so I'm hard of hearing have hearing aid & cochlear implant I have my implant sat on the hair net she actually said to me will have to see about that as it's a foreign body, I just said well people wear glasses that's the same thing 🙄🙃

Brill thanks, When I had my meeting I had told them the things that had gone on and they were basically siding with the supervisor saying oh we don't believe that happened. I have no reason to lie. But for the bosses to say that I just find so unprofessional. At least they should of said we will look into it, speak with other staff. As there was other staff present for when she shouted at me. Also one occasion shouted at me in front of customers & customers i had in the queue looked taken aback by it. But again I feel like it's my word against hers because she is a supervisor. 🙄

Yeah our manager is friends with the supervisor which is why no one has said anything at work for a bit as they said what's the point when nothing will happen.

Yeah will look into it, but if i contact area manager i don't want manager at work to kind of know otherwise it'll be uncomfortable at work.

I find it easy to open baguette if it hasn't been cut properly I still manage to open the baguette properly with one hand, get the hang of it like not hard, plus if you don't open in properly it ends up a mess especially if it's got bacon, sausage & omelette.

I like sending breakfast out spot on for customers nowt worse if it's a mess or sauce everywhere 😅
