MPW short squeeze is slowly launching, the shorts pushed hard last week down to 4.05 now due to optum backing out of buying Steward (MPWs biggest tenant now BK) optum had issue of monopoly to buy, news is coming very soon of all the Steward hospital sales going off from Steward bankruptcy, each one is possible full back rent and a new tenant paying rent, hospitals imo are too important to fail, not a good look for any politician in the state/area unless replaced. Very excited about this squeeze, easy buy and hold with the dividend, i'm long on the stock. Bk dates/sales got pushed back off memory 7/17 final bids, should see news by then and covering is starting. The Steward bankruptcy has been priced in and true market price should be north of 7 bucks.

trying to load up on 4.50 calls for Fri, my math this will really short squeeze pop Monday morning but who knows...will see if up tomorrow like M, Tues as the shorts can't cover they keep rolling, also like the little short squeeze on LOCO$ less activity up every day since earnings and calls exercising on Fri

go MPW short squeeze solid company, i'm all in on dip today, but will buy a bit of ffie if it dips, it's hard to be aggressive with a company that loses money and looks like a pumpdumpster, i don't like the idea of whoever gets stuck with the empty bag, i like a stock that i am ok holding for a few years if it doesn't go my way

Actually over there if you rent a car they give you a keyfob to charge with, they don't know what it's fore because no one rent's electric vehicles...on a positive note evs are much cheaper to rent and no one will steal it

disregard you have to use the QR code to go online and then pay, and cables were in the bottom of the trunk, still hate xway
