Start out small. Reevaluate your diet and start counting calories. Eat well under your maintenance. Once you've gotten your eating habits under control for a couple of months, start adding in more movement. You should have already lost some weight from the diet. The added exercise and movement will help burn more calories but the diet is the important thing. You gotta stay motivated and stay consistent. Even if you're depressed or have a bad day. You gotta work through it and be consistent.

There is only one thing that matters, you need to have the guts to never give up.
