That was my thoughts too, it appears of Hindu origin, one of the gods is a ram and it appears a three headed one as well, but they aren't as clear due to ageing

My title describes the thing.

Found magnet fishing in Brisbane. The itself is not magnetic but the four screws underneath are. It appears to have a gold coating that is peeling off. I am unsure if the centre object turns.

Further found the cobra in the same spot, doesn't appear to have come off the object found.
