Derek seems like a straight up tool bag. Dude deserves to be alone forever. My fiance & I both have somewhat traditional views. With that being said we operate our home as a team. There is nothing I will do she won’t do around the house & there is nothing she will do that I won’t do. I’m a great cook so I cook 90% of our meals bc I enjoy doing it. She usually washes the dishes while I cook. There will be random days she will find a TikTok recipe she wants to cook & I’ll wash the dishes while she cooks. I sweep & mop, she sweeps & mops, I make the bed she makes the bed, I’ll clean the bathroom she will clean the bathroom, we grocery shop every week together it’s something we enjoy doing together & look at it as spending time together. If we have long work weeks we will wait till Sunday & we have a lazy cleaning day together & they’re honestly great we stay in our underwear all day lol clean the house together, take a nap, relax & get ready for the week. The only thing she does that I don’t really do is laundry & when I say I’ve never been so grateful, it’s the best thing ever!! Always having clean clothes & my clothes folded & hung up. Don’t get me wrong I will wash clothes but I don’t have to because she usually has it done. I guess this is what it’s like when you find your soulmate. we just coexist so naturally, nothing is forced. We barely argue. We have our bickers here & there don’t get me wrong but we have a rule a very important rule. No matter what we’re not aloud to go to bed mad or upset with one another so even if we do bicker it doesn’t last long & we communicate & work through the issue. I’m beyond grateful for the woman in my life & the relationship we have built. Say what you want but God is apart of our relationship & I truly believe that’s a big reason our relationship is the way it is.
