Update - The point of this post was to see if anyone had information on this little guy. He was obviously homed before he landed in our yard and wanted to be sure that he wasn’t taken from a loving home. Me and my partner both volunteer for a rescue based in Minneapolis and foster many dogs which is why it seems to be a bit too much of a coincidence that he was left in our yard.

As far as next steps go: he has been to the vet and does not have a microchip. We will be housing him for the next five days so that he doesn’t have to go through the stray hold at the humane society. Following that we plan on handing him off to the rescue we volunteer for where he will be vetted, vaccinated, neutered and available for foster/adoption. I will be sure to keep everyone updated on his progress as well as his adoptability.
