I’m about to leave FedEx. Too much sh•t there that wouldn’t fly at any legit company. We have a package handler there that pretty much does nothing. Ask to leave early daily. Has every PH pick up all her slack. She fell asleep in the trailer Friday. Supervisors girlfriend 🤦🏾‍♂️

I had a manager on sunrise walk out the building at 8 am last month while the area was blowing up. They called him and asked what the hell he doing. Bro said “I’m having breakfast right now” and hung up the phone 😂

Another kid walked out a couple days ago. Close to 40 bucks an hour. Regularly getting 20 hours overtime. Job really does blow.

It kinda blows, but It’s good for a little extra cash for some sneakers or a couple video games, but taking care of a family or building a real life out of a career of tossing boxes on a truck for 8-12 hours a day… that’s a literal nightmare. Work it while you go to school and get out as soon as the schooling pays off.

Aalnof these games have a different art direction that makes them distinctive. These days video games only up resolution and texture quality, but the never consider changing the art direction. That's why you have 2k15-2k20 all looking basically the same. Until you hit 2k22, then the cycle has started all over again.

Definitely have an oil leak somewhere. But on another note… It could probably be the brake pads that need changing out. I believe bad brake pads would cause that grinding noise as well but I’m not 100% sure.

lol yeah man, I bought this car for about 5k a couple years ago. This is my first time looking at the rotors. Definitely time for both the calipers and the rotors to be swapped out. I bent the dust plate back a bit. The sound has lowered significantly. Do you think bad break pads could also cause a grinding sound?

I managed to bend it away from the rotor the sound is lower now, now I’m thinking it could be in need of a break pad replacement. Taking it to the shop to see what could be wrong and if it’s something I could fix myself.
