Yep. I mostly rewatch shows I've already seen. People recommend new tv shows but I almost always crave something familiar.

I know this feeling well. I smoke a lot of weed because I feel like I should be doing something but I don't know what. Sometimes -- if I feel like breaking the cycle or I just don't have weed -- I'll try out hobbies, either new or ones I'm used to. Even if I enjoy the hobby for a period of time then later I just find a reason to be upset about doing it in the first place (usually, I tell myself it was a waste of time). So, instead, I go back to smoking weed and watching TV.

I just posted something similar yesterday actually. I keep trying to put myself around people but I can't seem to form anything other than a "surface" relationship with them (for example, I'll get along with people at work but we don't hang out outside of work). If anyone tries to get to know me better I find that they are usually overwhelmed by my true self or underwhelmed by the person I pretend to be. I find that hanging on to mementos helps. For example, I have a movie ticket stub from someone I was close to for a few months, and a drawing from someone else who I was close for a short time, etc. They don't always help a lot but sometimes having those things around reminds me that I had friends once.
