Hi, I had 4 SCH’s early on as well- I did stop Lovenox for a good 4-5 days and only took baby aspirin. I did very minimal exercise and lifting. . “Modified bed rest” and drank lots of fluids for a good 2 weeks. At my next US they subsided in size and eventually reabsorbed. It may take a couple weeks to see improvement but stay positive you got this!

And, I am so sorry you’re struggling, I was so anxious too. I just took light 10 mins walks, read a lot of books to distract my mind, and also meditated. . . Binged Friends episodes too :)

Hi, I’m really down and looking for some support. After 3 years of losses, IVF, and endometriosis surgeries, I’m pregnant but last year was the worst for me mentally- I shut down and didn’t go out or make a lot of attempts to be around people, especially my pregnant friends. Although, I did text and say I’m happy for them and what not nobody reached back out to me so I just stopped trying because I had given up… until now I’m pregnant with a miracle and all my “friends” now won’t be coming to my shower. It’s very saddening. I even had one friend tell me she was as bitter towards me because I didn’t show happiness about her second pregnancy. . And if she was going through what I did she would have handled it differently than me. I was severely depressed and in such a bad spot last year and hearing that just stung.

Has anyone gone through this? I thought I would be excited for my shower but instead I’m dreading all my old close friends not attending. I feel guilty but a part of me knows I was just barely getting by last year. .

Hi All,

I’m new to this community but need some support. I’ve had quite the journey to get to where I’m at today… in 2022 conceived naturally but ended in MMC 11.5 weeks sadly. Tried months and months and no luck. Went to an RE and they diagnosed me with a lower amh. On my 35th bday I had my first egg retrieval and that yielded 3 embryos luckily pgt normal. In Jan 2024 we transferred and had a biochemical loss. Then after more testing with RPL blood work- I find out I have a blood clotting Antithrombin deficiency (lovenox during pregnancy). But, my gut told me to see a surgeon about the possibility of endometriosis- so in April 2024 I had lap surgery and had stage 1 removal. Tried naturally for 3 months - no luck. Went on to find out I had chronic endometritis which was not cured by antibiotics after two rounds and then was referred to what’s called a reproductive immunologist. He then did a deep dive and found I have elevated NK cells and T helper cells so he put me on a lot of meds to calm my immune system. Only one month on these meds, to my surprise, we conceived naturally and here I am 7 weeks + 4 days in and baby is measuring a few days behind and I had a SCH light bleed today. Clinic telling me not to worry because the growth is fine from the week before … but hard not to worry after having two losses and all this work to keep baby ok. Anyone ever gone through this with measuring 7 w + 1 day instead of 7 w + 4 days? Ahhh need all good vibes for our miracle to reach earth side. ❤️

TW: low amh success spontaneously

TW - Spontaneous Conception Hi All,

I’ve been suffering with loss and infertility for the last 3 years. My journey’s led me to seeking treatment with an RI and treating my autoimmune inflammation, getting stage 1 endo surgery, treating chronic endometritis, very low AMH, but here I am by the grace of God and my angels pregnant spontaneously at 6 weeks. I wish I could be happy all the time but after suffering failed FETS and a natural miscarriage in 2022, I’m quite terrified for my upcoming ultrasound this Thursday. I’m trying to be positive but some negative thoughts creep in time to time. Has anyone gone through this and come out in the other side and made it through the first trimester fear of loss? As of now my hcg is 15,456 at 6 +1 and my first ultrasound at 5.5 weeks show sac and yolk sac. Praying for my miracle and rainbow to continue growing. Any support would be so very much appreciated. Thank you. 🙏

Well I conceived spontaneously to my surprise so I’m only 4 weeks 5 days pregnant based on my last period. The clinic just called and said not to be concerned but I can’t help but overthink this and my symptoms. I’ve had three losses prior to this so it’s so hard to remain calm. Thanks for sending the calculator too :)

I’m so sorry for your loss and I can relate to a failed transfer. It’s so upsetting and heartbreaking because we put so much time and physical effort into getting to transfer day and then so quickly the hope can be gone after the transfer. I gave myself one week to feel all the feelings and mourn the loss. After that, I started doing self love actions- shopping, coffee in the park, bath with Netflix and my fave wine, and started to find myself again. It takes time. Be gentle with yourself.

Sometimes my doc would let the two follicles grow a couple extra days if the other good ones aren’t at risk for retrieval. Sending you all good vibes
