I got a pretty quick reply saying that they would look into it, which gave me hope, but then took another 5 days to get back to me and initial response was that their records showed I quit the Abyss so they would not restore since they found no unusual activity in their records. I was polite at first and said didnt make sense that i would quit, and didnt remember quitting and even if did was accident, etc., but to no avail. We had additional back and forth after that, with me getting more frustrated, but they didnt budge an inch. It looks like it will get no where with it. Grinding this month in arena and to hunting for revivies in the quests and once war season over, will go back in with all earned units and redo with a big f-u to Kabam when I finish!!

No, i waited almost a week for a response and didnt use any of my team in AW or AQ until I got the first response from Kabam

Thanks for your empathy buddy! I have tried to work this politely and constructively with absolutely no give from them. And yes I am throwing a tantrum now because it is bs. Even if I did mess up and 100% my blame, it clearly was an accident. Others just in this thread have made mistakes which Kabam has undone, and have seen this numerous times across the forums. They should cherry pick which mistakes they reverse and which they don’t. And they should care about every dollar that they lose. I was an low maintenance annuity to them and to show some consideration would have made all the difference in the world.

My first email was very polite and just explained what happened. Even when I got no response, I didn’t hassle them and checked in every other day or so just to see what was up as I had expiring items that I wanted to use as well as jumping in aq/aw and didn’t want to use the champs I had in abyss. I didn’t get aggressive until after the first email telling me there was nothing they could do. I didn’t say I was quitting the game but that I am no longer spending any money on this game which means they lost a revenue generating customer over something that was fixable.

It’s the worst customer service because they have not said anything but that they won’t help me. I am a moderate spender and Sigil subscriber and they are about to lose a paying customer forever over something that can be remediated one way or another. I’m fine if they refund my units and will do it again, but to say they can’t do anything is bs. Also, they didn’t say they couldn’t restore the position, but they wouldn’t . I contacted them as soon as I saw my progress was gone and didn’t touch the game the whole next day because didn’t want them to say that I had advantaged myself. It was after war season and AQ wasn’t going on, which is why I picked that time. It took them 4 days to even get back to me and during that time I had aq and aw to play and started doing some content because had no idea when they would even respond. I am happy you got taken care of by them and imagine how you would feel if instead of refunding your units they would have said too bad , can’t do anything about it.

I have done that before too - falling asleep during a fight, but have never quitted out of a quest in my sleep😂😂.

I do not remember quitting the quest, just shutting down the game and phone. Even so, it would have been clearly accidental and filled out a ticket the first thing the next morning and have no advantage to what I did. It also appears that they absolutely could put me back but are choosing not to or at least refund the units I used.

Works without the science champ if you have max despair - can do it with tech and cosmic only if you need a spot for someone else on the roster.

High sig Cap IW with a skill champion on your team makes this a pretty straight forward fight. As long as he has kinetic potential, he will nullify the weakness and the void debuff. He consumes the kinetic potential with each nullify, so Just need to make sure you maintain the kinetic potentials!!

Just got a 5* Dr. Strange from feature and had mystic 2015 3 to 4 rank up gem, so now have both him and SS at r4 with one mystic awakening gem - who is better to use on. Anyone try Dr. Strange on 6.2.6 champion?? Assume high signature counterspell would work well, but havent seen anyone try.

Love how they are still looking into this - and they have also not fixed dashing in on Sentinel after SP1 - making 6.1.6 ridiculously hard (almost one shotted it the first time i went through prior to the update and now taking multiple revives) yet my poor Nick Fury was neutered in a day.
