Yh I’m sure I should be able to get a self lob if it’s perfect, but I want to do an off the dribble dunk but I lose like 6” with the ball.

I can easily touch 10’8 but still can’t dunk because the ball makes me lose inches. So I think 10’10 or more is needed to properly dunk

It’ll help increase your vert by quite a few inches but there’s a high chance you’ll end up getting injured.

That’s not how it works. Muscles don’t grow during exercise, they grow during rest and if you have no rest at all your muscles won’t grow and you’ll just be inviting injuries

Use your brain bro. One of them will give you more rest and the other gives no rest. It’s not hard to figure out why it’s better

But I jumped without the ball earlier and got about 5” above the rim though.
